Unlike larger firms, the size of RCM allows for direct client contact and client responsibility at an early stage of your career. New staff are introduced to all aspects of public accounting (tax, audit, etc.). You will be introduced to many different clients and work engagements, providing you with the opportunity to learn and experience many new and different challenges. Our clientele includes privately held businesses and their owners across a wide array of industries, including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, not-for-profit, wholesale and retail trade, medical and educational services, finance, insurance and real estate. We provide our staff with technical continuing education sponsored by national organizations, including the AICPA and state boards of accountancy. In addition, through our membership with PKF North America Network, we are able to provide you with a number of excellent training programs focusing on communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills, in addition to technical training.
