New staff receive extensive training upon joining the RCM team. One on one audit and tax training is provided through hands on simulation projects. New staff are also assigned a “buddy” that can assist after training.
Each year our staff are provided with technical continuing education sponsored by national organizations, including the AICPA and state boards of accountancy. In addition, through our membership with AGN International, we are able to provide you with a number of excellent training programs. The programs focus on communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills, in addition to technical training. We also offer in-house training throughout the year on current issues.
